Exquisite, super-healthy Tasmanian hazelnut oil. Certified organic and biodynamic. Unlike most other nut and vegetable oils, our hazelnut oil is ultra-cold pressed. This slow pressing, at low temperature, ensures that the wonderful, heat-sensitive qualities of the oil are preserved.
We use Express Postage to minimise the exposure of the oil to warm temperatures (which can be very damaging to its healthy ingredients). The cost of $12.55 will be added in the final stage of your purchase.

Our oil is produced in a manual press which very slowly presses down the raw nuts until the oil is squeezed out. The temperature of the oil never rises above room temperature. This extremely slow pressing, at low-temperature, preserves the flavour and nutritional value of the oil.
High in mono-unsaturated fat (the good sort of fat), with no cholesterol, carbohydrate or sodium. A great source of Vitamin E, which is a potent anti-oxidant.
Delicious in salad dressings, to drizzle over hot dishes, in smoothies, and in baking.
Aside from its use in food, hazelnut oil is also wonderful for the skin and hair.
Storage:
We recommend storing the oil in the fridge. Depending on the temperature of your fridge, the oil may solidify slightly. It will return to its normal state when removed from the fridge.
