Recipes with Hazelnut Oil:

Hazelnut, Pear and Camembert Salad

whole hazelnuts, lightly dry-roasted
mixed salad leaves
firm pear, sliced
camembert cheese, sliced
dressing: 1 Tablespoon hazelnut oil, 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, salt and pepper

Make the dressing by combining the ingredients in a jar and shaking
Toss salad leaves and hazelnuts in the dressing
Arrange in a serving dish with sliced pear and sliced camembert on the top

Strawberry and Banana Dairy-Free Smoothie

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
approx. 200g strawberries, chopped
1 banana, sliced
1 Tablespoon hazelnut oil
1 Tablespoon walnut oil
2 Tablespoons linseeds, freshly ground
2 Tablespoons malt
1 Tablespoon honey (optional)

Blend, serve, and enjoy. 

If you prefer the taste of cow's milk, you can make this smoothie with milk and icecream, instead of almond milk.
Elizabeth Zuluaga's Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup kefir
1 Tablespoon hazelnut oil
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
2 Tablespoons freshly ground linseed
1 raw egg
1/2 cup blueberries

Mix together with stick blender and leave to soak overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
